Maintenance Package Inclusions
Verify cooling performance temperature drop and determine if adjustments are necessary.
Check outdoor condenser coil and remove debris from unit.
Check amperage of compressor for proper operation.
Test operation and condition of compressor contactor if applicable.
Inspect and tighten electrical connections Inspect start/run capacitors and relays.
Inspect for refrigerant leaks Inspect indoor evaporator coil, if accessible.
Inspect blower assembly operation, lubricate and adjust as necessary.
Evaluate condition of air filters. Inspect condenser fan motor operation.
Evaluate overall efficiency of system and inform customer of equipment condition.
Check indoor coil condition.
